Terms and Conditions

The ground rules for using this site and working with us.

Variance Analytics, LLC · Manchester, New Hampshire
Effective October 18, 2026 · Last updated October 18, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms apply to your use of varianceanalytics.org and to any coaching services you book or purchase from Variance Analytics, LLC. By using the site, booking a call or consult, or working with us, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a session.

If you sign a separate coaching agreement with us, that agreement and these Terms work together. Where they differ, the coaching agreement controls.

2. What we do, and what we do not do

Variance Analytics provides conflict coaching for individuals and families. Our approach is practical and structured. We work the problem with you and produce a plan you can actually use.

  • Book a consult. We find out what is going on and whether we are the right fit.
  • Create your Blueprint. We map the conflict, the people in it, and what a good outcome would look like.
  • Workshop it. Each session, we work on the real problem together and you leave with a game plan.
  • Measurable results. We track what changed, so progress is something you can see rather than something you hope for.

Now the part we need to be completely clear about. Conflict coaching is not:

  • Psychotherapy, counseling, or any form of mental health treatment
  • Medical care, psychiatric care, or a diagnosis of any condition
  • Legal advice or legal representation
  • Mediation or arbitration in a legal proceeding, unless separately agreed in writing
  • A substitute for care from a licensed therapist, physician, psychiatrist, or attorney
  • An emergency or crisis service

Working with us does not create a therapist and patient relationship, a physician and patient relationship, or an attorney and client relationship. No professional privilege attaches to our conversations. Section 4 of our Statement of Confidentiality explains what that means in practice.

Claire L. Doyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from American University and two master’s degrees from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law: a Master of Legal Studies (MLS) and a Master of Dispute Resolution (MDR). She has years of professional experience in criminal data analytics within law enforcement. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, which is in progress and not yet earned. She is not a licensed psychologist, therapist, counselor, or physician, and she does not provide clinical services. She is not a practicing attorney and does not provide legal advice.

We say all of this plainly because you deserve to know exactly who you are hiring and for what. What you get here is rigorous, structured, and grounded in real training in dispute resolution and data. It is coaching. It is not treatment.

3. Emergencies

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911.

If you are in crisis, call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day in the United States.

Variance Analytics is not a crisis service. We do not monitor email, text messages, website chat, or social media around the clock, and we may not see your message for hours or days. Never use any of those channels to report an emergency.

4. Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old to book services.

A minor may take part in family coaching only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, and only where all participating adults agree. See section 6 of our Statement of Confidentiality.

5. Calls, consults, sessions, and booking

Calls and consults are booked online through our website:

  • Free Discovery Call: 15 minutes, no charge
  • Individual Consult: 30 minutes, $30
  • Family Consult: 30 minutes, $50

Pricing, length, and payment terms for ongoing coaching are given to you in writing before you commit, in your coaching agreement. There are no hidden fees.

A paid booking is confirmed when payment is received and you have a confirmation from us. Sessions are held online by video unless we agree otherwise.

6. Payment

All fees are quoted and charged in United States dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. By booking, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at booking or set out in your coaching agreement.

7. Cancellations, rescheduling, and missed sessions

We hold your time for you, which means it is not available to anyone else.

Calls and consults. You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your booking confirmation, or by contacting us. Please give as much notice as you can.

Coaching sessions and packages. The cancellation, rescheduling, missed session, and refund terms for ongoing coaching are set out in your coaching agreement, which you receive before you pay.

Running late. If you are running late, the session still ends at its scheduled time.

If we have to cancel. If we cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a replacement time or a full refund for that session, your choice.

8. What we ask of you

Coaching works when everyone shows up honestly. We ask that you:

  • Arrive on time and ready to work
  • Be truthful about your situation, including the uncomfortable parts
  • Treat everyone in the session with respect, including family members who see it differently than you do
  • Do the work you agree to between sessions
  • Tell us if you are also working with a therapist, physician, attorney, or mediator, so we do not work at cross purposes with them
  • Do not record any session without our written permission and the permission of everyone in it

9. No guarantee of a particular outcome

We are serious about measurable results, and we will track progress with you. What we cannot do is guarantee a specific outcome, because the outcome depends on other people, on the facts of your situation, and on the work you do outside of our sessions.

Nothing on our website, in our publications, videos, or social media content is a promise of a particular result. General content is educational and is not personalized advice for your situation.

10. Either of us can end the relationship

You can stop working with us at any time. Anything prepaid is handled under your coaching agreement.

We may end the relationship if:

  • We conclude the issue needs a licensed clinician, an attorney, or another professional rather than a coach
  • Someone in the session is abusive or threatening toward another participant or toward us
  • Fees go unpaid
  • Continuing would create a conflict of interest for us

If we end it, we will tell you why where we reasonably can, refund any unused prepaid sessions, and where appropriate suggest other professionals who may be a better fit.

11. Our materials

Blueprints, worksheets, frameworks, session plans, publications, videos, and other materials we create belong to Variance Analytics, LLC. You may use what we prepare for you personally and for your own family situation. Please do not resell it, republish it, teach from it, or distribute it without our written permission.

Anything you provide to us stays yours.

12. Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • Our services are provided as they are, without any warranty of a particular result
  • We are not responsible for decisions you make, or for what other people in your conflict choose to do
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the services the claim relates to

Some states do not allow certain limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. If we disagree

If you are unhappy with something, tell us first. We are in the business of resolving conflict, and we would rather work it out directly. We both agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any disagreement by talking it through before taking any other step.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, and any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be handled in the courts of New Hampshire.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted here with its date. If a change is significant and you are an active client, we will tell you directly.
